Once the Hadlow Brewery. Maltings I was built in the 1880s and Maltings II built in 1859. Both converted 1988.

A malt house or maltings was a building used for the malting of barley for the brewing of beer.

Hadlow is a village just north east of Tonbridge on the A26. It is located close to the River Bourne. Hadlow College, an agricultural College lies just out of the village.

A listed building in the UK is one which is on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
