Wonford Road, Exeter at noon
The sandstone wall on the right is the boundary of Magdalen Court School. Beyond the two bungalows on the left is the coach house of a 19th century house which was destroyed in the Exeter blitz. There are traffic calming humps in the road. The photo was taken as the clock of Devon's County Hall was striking noon on Christmas Day 2011. The weather was mild, with patchy cloud and bright sunlight.
