Church of St Mary the Virgin, Bletchingley
The tower of St Mary's Church viewed from High Street. The tower is the oldest part of the church, dating originally from around 1090. It once had a spire, but this was destroyed by lightning in the early 17th century. The upper part of the tower was restored in 1910.

The church is grade I listed - for listing particulars see LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) .

On the left is part of the Old Post House and Post Cottage (see TQ3250 : 32 - 46 High Street), dating from the late 17th century and once housing the village post office. Grade II listed - see LinkExternal link. Alongside it is a K6 telephone box, also grade II listed - see LinkExternal link.
