On the left is no 58 (Berry House), with no 50 (Camden House or The Surgery) in the middle and no 48 (Clerk's House) beyond (see TQ3250 : 48 and 50 High Street for closer view of the latter two).

No 50 dates from around 1810 and is grade II listed - for listing particulars see LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) .

The other two buildings are designated by Tandridge District Council as a building of character, their equivalent of local listing.

In front of Clerk's House is the War Memorial (see TQ3250 : Bletchingley War Memorial).
