Industrial Dereliction?
Industrial Dereliction?
All over this area are the scars and relics of a vanished industry. The little hillock is a spoil heap from mining operations. I am not sure whether the land in the foreground is undisturbed, or has reverted to bog after the end of the mining. The farm in the distance is Knowton, in the next square.
