Crask Inn
Crask Inn
The white dot is the Crask Inn, a remote pub on the Tongue to Lairg road. Above the Fiag forestry there is an expanse of moorland which looks fearsome on the map but has proved quite friendly on my three visits so far. Beyond the inn are the very distant summits of Ben Armine.

I have posted this for the benefit of the long distance walkers contemplating the traverse across from Overscaig to Crask and to emphasise the loneliness of the Crask Inn.
