Ouse Washes RSPB reserve
Ouse Washes RSPB reserve
Looking from the Grose Hide. The washes have been landscaped in this part of the reserve to provide a long shoreline. Due to the very dry 2011 water levels are lower than normal for this time of year. This had produced excellent conditions for many species, especially Wigeon and Black-tailed Godwit.
