Carn Mòr Hill Fort
Carn Mr Hill Fort
They did not afforest the site of the hill fort but have allowed a yew tree to populate its crown. The hill fort has a diameter of over 100 yards. The outer ramparts are visible from this viewpoint. On a cold winter's day the plantation surrounding the hill fort was clear of frost but only where the sun had shone was the hill fort free of frost.
