SE8593 : Paths above the Hole of Horcum

taken 7 years ago, 4 km from Levisham, North Yorkshire, Great Britain

Paths above the Hole of Horcum
Paths above the Hole of Horcum
A path (not a numbered or classified right of way, though in use by riders on horseback when we were there) runs along Horcum Dike on the lip of the depression; the path in the foreground is one of several linking to it from the car park across the road. The Hole of Horcum itself can be seen in the background, largely in cloud.
