Crossbill in Wark Forest
Digital zoom done't take the best of photos. During today's walk we saw several flocks of Crossbills which are always a wonderful sight to see especially when the sunlight catches the crimson of a male bird. I fact the we have seen them regularly during our last five walks in the Kielder and Wark areas.
