St Barbara's Church and D-Day Memorial
St Barbara's Church and D-Day Memorial
St Barbara's Church and the D-Day memorial. While the outward appearance of the church has been described as 'a corrugated iron structure of dubious architectural antecedence and indeterminate age' (actually 1901) the interior, with its stained glass windows, is a revelation. For another 'corrugated iron' church refer to picture TQ1263 : St George's Church, West End, Esher.
