Window Detail, Lindisfarne Castle
This silhouette of a jester caught my eye in one of the bedrooms of Lindisfarne Castle, which was refurbished in the Arts and Crafts style by Edwin Lutyens for Edward Huston in 1901.
Very different from most castles as it still feels like a 'home' - just a pity it is not still lived in as such.
