TQ3091 : Shaftesbury Hall

taken 7 years ago, near to Wood Green, Haringey, Great Britain

Shaftesbury Hall
Shaftesbury Hall
Located at the end of Herbert Road, next to Bowes Park Station. This is an example of a 19th century 'Tin Tabernacle' and in good condition. It has been disused for a number of years. There are moves locally to get the building 'listed' status to avoid its demolition as there are of these once common buildings left.

The alley on the right leads to Pymmes Road>
