Junction in byways to Snap and Upper Upham
Junction in byways to Snap and Upper Upham
A signpost where the byway diverges. The track to the right climbs the down to Upper Upham, passing the Giant's Grave, while the one to the left follows the valley bottom to Lodge Lower barn, then continues on to Snap deserted village, and eventually to the Ridgeway. This latter track was very muddy, a large tractor and trailer carrying rolls of hay having just passed.
