NG4538 : Probable shieling hut ruin

taken 7 years ago, near to Mugeary, Highland, Great Britain

Probable shieling hut ruin
Probable shieling hut ruin
The grassy and rocky mound in the foreground looks very much like the remains of three adjoining shieling huts, though no entry exists in the Historic Environment Record to confirm this. The distant view is of Glen Varragill, with the Cuillin Hills all but lost in the mist beyond.
