SN7884 : Never take a photograph directly into the Sun!

taken 7 years ago, 4 km from Ponterwyd, Ceredigion/Sir Ceredigion, Great Britain

Never take a photograph directly into the Sun!
Never take a photograph directly into the Sun!
That's the advice that my mother always gave me. Mind you, she only had a Box Brownie and I can understand that the combination of a cheap plastic lens and lack of exposure control would have resulted in a 'white-out'. Digital cameras seem to handle such situations far more effectively. A view to the south from the border of the Dyll Faen forestry. Looking along a right of way to Dyffryn Castell.
