taken 7 years ago, near to Wimborne st Giles, Dorset, Great Britain

Font, St Giles Church
Font, St Giles Church
The cover for the font, designed by Sir Ninian Comper, was given by the 9th Earl of Shaftesbury in memory of his sisters Evelyn Baring, Violet Mar and Kellie.

The Royal Arms are those of King George II and were originally intended to remind worshippers that the king was the head of the church and not the pope.
