A700 Lothian Road
A700 Lothian Road
The southern end of the bit of busy street which is called Lothian Road, with a 1930s looking shop block. South of here is a short stretch called Earl Grey Street which ends not a T-junction, but the complex five ways of Tollcross.

The A700 is a very short numbered road which links the West End (A8 and once the A9 as well) with the A7 through the Meadows. A sort of inner ring road,it is very busy.
