The Promenade at Rhyl
The Promenade at Rhyl
A Children's Village has been built on the prom and it cuts off the town from its beach. Children’s Village was little more than a business park, and the prom had been reconstructed to force strollers to walk through it. This is the view at the sea side of the "village", hardly attractive.
