The British Interplanetary Society, South Lambeth Road
The British Interplanetary Society, South Lambeth Road
The British Interplanetary Society was founded in 1933 exclusively to support and promote astronautics and space exploration. It is the oldest space advocacy organisation in the world. One would imagine it having a slightly more glamorous location than South Lambeth Road in Vauxhall but on the other hand it is very close to the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) building.
