taken 7 years ago, near to West End, North Yorkshire, Great Britain

Bridleway on Kex Moor
Bridleway on Kex Moor
This used to be part of the old road from York to Lancaster, now reduced to its present status after the A59 was rerouted to the opposite side of the Kex Gill Beck - it featured on Nicholas Crane's TV series on maps where he attempted to trace the route between the two county towns.
The present A59 is periodically closed due to frequent landslips.
