Ridge of Wansfell
Ridge of Wansfell
The undulating ridge is seen heading away north-eastwards from Wansfell Pike; a wall follows the ridge line. That same wall can be seen on the flank of the continuing ridge, more distantly where lies its highest point; Baystones. Four distinct snowed mountains lie in the distance; Thornthwaite Crag, Froswick, Ill Bell and Yoke.
