SD7807 : Former Radcliffe North Junction

taken 7 years ago, near to Radcliffe, Bury, Great Britain

Former Radcliffe North Junction
Former Radcliffe North Junction
Remains of the former railway which ran from Radcliffe North Junction towards Black Lane and Bradley Fold. As can be seen in this photograph, the track remains (most of the sleepers have gone) have become completely overgrown by trees.

This view is looking back towards the former goods yard, now the site of Coney Green (Radcliffe Riverside) School and its playing fields.
