Civic Offices in Knoll Street, Cleethorpes. Pevsner says "..of 1987 by William Saunders & Partners, a drawn-out T plan. The style is frankly and playfully derivative, and can be called Post-Modern. The banded brick and stone polychromy is taken from the adjacent Council House TA3008 : The Old Council House, Cambridge Street ..".
