SP1989 : Slip roads to the southbound M42

taken 7 years ago, near to Cole End, Warwickshire, Great Britain

Slip roads to the southbound M42
Slip roads to the southbound M42
The slip road from the southbound M6 to south bound M42 never physically meets the main line of the combined M6 (Toll)/ M42 motorways. To the right of the barrier, the combined motorway splits back into separate routes with the M42's southbound carriageway moving onto an independent alignment slightly east of the M6 (Toll), preparatory for the bridge over that route.
