Eling: Bartley Water is frozen over
Eling: Bartley Water is frozen over
Looking across Bartley Water as it reaches the toll bridge and drains into Eling Channel. The stagnancy of the water here, with limited opportunity to progress under the bridge, has caused a large part of it to freeze over during a cold snap, and ducks walk where they would usually swim.
