See J3374 : Berry Street, Belfast (2) (January 2009). Despite an ambitious scheme approved in February 2009 for demolition and replacement by one of five storeys, the old building remains. For the record it was, in the early part of the last century, a bar operated by one GA Bennett.

A building, close to Royal Avenue, at the side of the Castle Court, for which there is currently (May 2015) the following application for outline planning permission: “LA04/2015/0225/O 22/24 Berry Street Belfast BT1 1jX Demolition of existing building & erection of ground floor retail unit with apartments above”.
