Banking at Brooklands Motor Racing Circuit
This banking was part of the Brooklands 2.75 mile motor racing circuit and aerodrome which opened in 1907. It was the world's first purpose-built motorsport venue, as well as one of Britain's first airfields. The last motor race took place in 1939. Today the banking is part of the Brooklands aviation and motor museum.
