Featured is the Great British Blow Butter Churn, economical and easily operated, made in England, made around 1940. The upper section of the churn was detachable (by turning the screw top lid). The churn worked by inserting cream in the glass section and then rotating the wooden paddles by moving the wooden churn handle. The irritation of the cream produced butter.
