River Mole

The River Mole rises south of Rusper near Crawley and flows 50 miles to join the River Thames near Hampton Court. Between Dorking and Leatherhead it cuts the Mole Gap through the North Downs.

Ifield Mill and Pond

Ifield Mill is a Grade II listed building. LinkExternal link
The original mill was built in 1683, and rebuilt in 1817. There is an impressive mill pond associated with the mill, which is one of the sources of the River Mole. The pond has a rich variety of birdlife.
