Victoria Park, Denton
On the left is the Denton Mural on the side of Denton Pool. On the right is Denton Town Hall. The crocuses in the foreground which were blooming three weeks previously SJ9295 : Denton Mural (1 of 10) have now died off but the flowerbeds in the centre are blooming.
Denton Mural
The Denton mural was painted on the wall of Denton Pool facing Victoria Park in 2000. It was conceived by David Vaughan and commissioned by the Denton Town Twinning Association. It serves to commemorate both the second millennium and the continuing friendship between the people of Denton and Montigny le Brettoneux.
