Cliffs by Bloody Neuk
This area of cliffs and shore line is only accessible for a short period at low tide. Several caves can be found in the cliff face although not as big as St Ninian's who obviously got first choice when he arrived around 400 A.D. Centre of picture is my walking companion for the day John Collister who had flown over from Southern Germany to walk the coasts and beaches in the Machars. Born on the Isle of Man he was much more nimbler than I at hopping across the rocks on this coast line.
