Wild daffodils in Lesnes Abbey Woods
Wild daffodils in Lesnes Abbey Woods
Said to be the finest display of wild daffodils in south-east England, the wild daffodils were rumoured to have been planted by the monks from the nearby Lesnes Abbey. Whether that is true or not they make a magnificent sight. The small white flowers near the camera are wood anemones which in a week or so will also make a fine picture - see LinkExternal link
