Breamore Mizmaze: detail
The Mizmaze or turf maze at Breamore follows a standard pattern, in which one long, unbranching path leads to the centre in a series of loops and spirals. Similar examples of this "unicursal" (i.e. single route) maze can be found at Wing (Rutland), Hilton(Cambs.), Saffron Walden (Essex) and Alkborough (Lincs.), among other places.
