ST7635 : Stourhead

taken 7 years ago, near to Kilmington Common, Wiltshire, Great Britain

View from St Peter's Pump down Six Wells Bottom. This valley is where the River Stour rises and it flows into the sea at Christchurch Harbour. The foreground folly is St Peter's Pump which has undergone a sex change from its earlier life as St Edith's Well in medieval Bristol.
