On the official “At Risk” register where it is described as “22-24 Ferry Street, are an attractive, four-bay, two-storey block with large shop front opening. They have never before appeared as buildings at risk, although their slow descent over recent years has not gone unnoticed. Refs: UAHS, Portaferry & Strangford, 1969, p. 15”
