NO PASARAN - Pillbox - Bowland

On approaching Hangington Clough Bridge in the Forest of Bowland, is the impressive WWII concrete machine-gun pillbox. Hopefully this would have botched up the bosh for a while in our green and pleasant lands last stand against fascist barbarism ! We see the pillbox here from the Trough of Bowland direction looking towards Lancaster.
