SK0787 : The top of Kinder Low

taken 8 years ago, 4 km from Chinley Head, Derbyshire, Great Britain

The top of Kinder Low
The top of Kinder Low
Kinder Low has the highest of three trig points on the extensive moorland, but does not seem to be quite the highest point of all, which seems to be the spot height of 636m in the next square east, suitably way out onto the plateau. This was one of the strangest landscapes I have visited.
