taken 14 years ago, near to Saltaire, Bradford, England

Fanny Street, Saltaire
Fanny Street, Saltaire
The doors of these houses open directly onto the street, indicating that these houses were built for lower paid workers in Sir Titus Salt's mill. The streets of Saltaire bear his name, and the names of his wife and children. The architects Mawson and Lockwood, who designed the mill also have streets named after them.
