Here Was A Royal Fellowship
Here Was A Royal Fellowship
One of the four bronze figures on the Royal Artillery Memorial at Hyde Park Corner. The Inscription “HERE WAS A ROYAL FELLOWSHIP” is on the plinth below the fallen soldier.

Below that:
“BENEATH THIS STONE IS BURIED THE ROLL OF HONOUR
OF THOSE WHOSE MEMORY IS PERPETUATED BY THIS MEMORIAL
THEY WILL RETURN NEVER MORE
BUT THEIR GLORY WILL ABIDE FOR EVER”
