A glimpse of Lambley Viaduct
A glimpse of Lambley Viaduct
An impressive viaduct spanning the South Tyne on the old railway from Haltwhistle to Alston (closed 1976), seen from Bowden's Bank. The viaduct is followed by the South Tyne Trail, but there is no clear route to the south (this side) along the line of the old railway.
