Doddington North Farm
Manufacturer of well renowned Doddington Cheeses and Dairy Ice Cream. Cheeses were the first dairy product to be developed and are made from unpasteurised milk. Starting around 1990 the cheeses were developed after family makers, Neill and Margaret-Ann Maxwell spent time learning their craft from cheesemakers in the Netherlands, France and on various courses in the UK. The first Doddington cheeses rolled off the shelves by Christmas 1993 after three years of experimentation and 'tweaking' their recipes to hit on the final product.
