East Howe: by-election polling station
East Howe: by-election polling station
Residents of the Redhill & Northbourne ward today had the opportunity to elect a councillor to Bournemouth Borough Council, following the resignation of former Leader of the Council, Peter Charon. This polling station has had a change of location since the general election two years ago - having previously been on the grass verge of Gillam Road (beneath the tree in SZ0796 : Northbourne: milk float on Gillam Road), this time it has been positioned a few hundred yards south, on the green opposite SZ0795 : East Howe: a quarter-circle of bungalows.
