Babbacombe Cliff Railway
Babbacombe Cliff Railway
The Cliff Railway was opened in 1925 and is now operated by Torbay Council. This is the lower station at Oddicombe Beach from where the railway ascends 240 feet to the downs above. It operates only during the summer season (Easter to September) and was firmly shut in this Boxing Day view.
