Derelict boat, Severn estuary, Purton, Gloucestershire
This upturned wooden boat looks to be too small to be one of the famous Purton hulks that have been placed in the river bank along this stretch of the estuary to protect it from erosion. Beyond lies the famous Severn estuary mud that can be encountered anywhere from here to Burnham on Sea and beyond.
