A view up Barrowbush Hill, south of Fernham
The western shoulder of Barrowbush Hill is presently covered by a rather rain-battered crop of wheat. The hill rises from the 90 metre contour to a nosebleed-inducing height of 98 metres above ordnance datum. I'd omitted to include climbing gear in the boot of my car so felt unable to risk an attempt on the summit.
