New to G. Dawnay of King's Lynn
1946 Bought by B. Witham of Cromer

1951 Acquired by Strumpshaw for preservation.
Marshalls were a large engine manufacturer sited in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
Strumpshaw Steam Collection

The strumpshaw collection is an undercover array or portable, stationary traction steam engines. Through years of collecting the strumpshaw, like the Thursford collection has grown into a museum. Every year a steam fair is run.
Inside the museum are many traction engines, a large beam engine, diesel pumps and even a railway locomotive.
