The RAF Bomber Command Memorial at Green Park
Unveiled by Queen Elizabeth the Second on 28th of June 2012. This memorial pavilion by the architect Liam O'Connor contains seven sculptures of the men that make up a typical WW2 bomber crew. The sculptor Philip Jackson has achieved very accurate detail in these nine feet high figures.
