SK8361 : Advert for Selo films

Advert for Selo films
Advert for Selo films
Selo was the name used by Ilford Ltd for their normal amateur films, up until the mid 1940s when the Ilford name became universal on packaging. The name Selochrome continued, particularly on roll film, until around 1968. It seems unlikely that an advert like this, without the name Ilford, would have been used after WW2, and as it would be unlikely to date from the war itself, this probably means that this advert dates from the late 1930s.
