Big screen at the top of Grey Street
Big screen at the top of Grey Street
The big screen at the top of Grey Street, facing Greys Monument, is a temporary addition for the summer. It has been showing events live from the London 2012 Olympics. The screen appears to have been popular with both shoppers and city centre workers taking an opportunity to watch the action. At the time of the photograph Matthew Pinsent was interviewing the parents of a victorious British rower who had just won a gold medal at Eton Dorney rowing lake.
